Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes, local pickup is available at Divine Inspire Boutique once your order is ready.
We’ll notify you via email or text when your item is available for collection.
What should I do if I need my order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a certain date (e.g., birthday, event, or travel), please note this at checkout or contact us immediately after purchase.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and confirm a suitable delivery option.
Are prices the same online and in-store?
Yes, our prices are consistent. However, online exclusives, sales, or bundles may occasionally offer special promotions not available in-store.
Do you offer delivery to all islands in The Bahamas?
Yes! We currently deliver to New Providence, Grand Bahama, and the Family Islands.
Family Island orders are shipped via local courier or mailboat. Delivery times will be confirmed once your order is processed.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, our team will reach out promptly to offer a replacement, refund, or restock date.
How long will delivery take for online orders within The Bahamas?
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and product availability.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to provide your estimated delivery or pickup date.
What payment methods do you accept?
For payments in USD, we currently accept all secure transactions.
How do I know if the item I want is in-store or online only?
Each product page will clearly indicate “Available In-Store” or “Online Exclusive.”

Which currencies can I shop in?
The default shop’s currency is USD but you can also make purchases in USD or GBP,AUD, BGN, CAD, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, JPY, PLN, PHP, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB.
Are all Wet Sundays products available in-store?
Not all items are available in-store. Our storefront, located at Divine Inspire Boutique, carries a curated selection of our most popular pieces.
Many of our exclusive drops, bundles, and limited-edition items are available online only through our official website.
Will my personal details stay safe?
We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to.
Your payments get processed through the secure PayPal and Visa checkout gateway and no data is stored in our side.

Do I need an account to place an order?
An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can subscribe to our newsletter and easily place an order.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. For further information on cancelling an order please reach out to sales@wetsundays.com
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box or poly mailers to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.
Shipping & Returns questions
How to initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@wetsundays.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.
Please securely package your item(s) and include a copy of your original order invoice or packing slip with your return.
What are the order processing times?
Orders can take 2-5 business days to be processed! If any delays occur to your order, we will notify you with any updates.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All standard orders can be shipped from 3 to 5 business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order.
